Drive from Hamad International Airport (DOH)
badrgo is now offering airport pick-ups from Hamad International Airport.At this stage, only Premium and Extra category rides will be allowed to pick uppassengers from the airport.
Dos and Don’ts
Drivers who do not follow these instructions may have their account suspended.
- Stay online in the app to receive trip requests.
Once you get a request, proceed promptly from the staging area to thepickup point.
Maintain good hygiene and wear formal attire (preferably a white shirtand black trousers).
Help riders with loading their luggage into the car.
Greet riders warmly and keep conversation professional throughout thetrip.
Keep your car clean and presentable at all times.
Follow all general driver guidelines posted here
If a rider cancels the trip, return to the staging area using the same routeyou took to the pick-up point.
Don’t cancel trips without a valid reason.
Don’t engage in rude or unprofessional behavior with riders.
Don’t use a vehicle or plate number different from the one registered inyour badrgo profile or a vehicle that is damaged or not properlymaintained.
Don’t take a different route from the designated path between thestaging area and pick-up location.
Don’t display any unapproved stickers or markings on your car.
